Where are you located?

Our physical and mailing address is:

7 Court St, Suite 2, Montpelier, VT 05602

Can I come in without an appointment?

We can't accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. Please make an appointment before coming to the office. We can probably see you the same day! Check to see what times are available. If none of those work for you send a message to your provider.

What is the best way to get in touch?

If you are having a medical emergency call 911. Messages sent through the website, email, voicemail or the patient portal are checked regularly but should not be used for emergencies. We offer private texting through our privacy-compliant smart-phone app as well.

Why do you offer multiple ways to be a member?

We offer Direct Primary Care and Concierge Primary Care because, depending on your yearly insurance deductible, one may work better for your finances than the other. We can help you understand this at your first appointment.

Which insurance companies do you work with?

We work with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Vermont and Cigna for the Concierge Primary Care program. At this time we are not working with any Medicare plans or MVP.

Why do you only work with a few insurance companies?

Insurance companies are all very different in what they cover, how much they cover and how much of a bill you receive. Only accepting a few insurances brings down the costs for members.

What if my insurance company is one you do not work with?

If we do not work with your insurance company you can still become a Direct Primary Care member.

How do I schedule or cancel an appointment?

We want to make sure that the schedule stays open for other members who need to be seen - please message or call to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

How do I get a medication refill?

Call the pharmacy first to see if you have refills available. If you do not have refills, make a request through the text messaging app. It may take up to 3 business days to refill medications.

What is a Nurse Practitioner?

A Nurse Practitioner is a nurse with extensive additional nursing and medical training. Our scope of practice includes diagnosing and treating medical conditions, including ordering tests, prescribing medications and making referrals. Nurse Practitioners are generally appreciated for spending time with patients and looking at any health issue holistically to treat the whole person. For more information follow this link.
