Insurance Information

We are currently not accepting new primary care patients who wish to use their insurance. If you are interested in learning more about the Direct Primary Care program, which does not use insurance, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

To keep your costs down we only work with a handful of insurance providers.

• Medicaid

• More coming in the future

We are not currently participating in Medicare, which includes Medicare Advantage and Complete plans.
